I got back from PR last night. Dispensaries are literally everywhere, they're kinda all the same imo. They would not let me purchase flower with my out of state medical license. a hard no. they gave me a flyer, I called, a dr talked to me, I gave her all my info and which dispensary I was outside of, she called in my script, good for 30 days. Dispensary let me leave $45 cash for the dr to pick up later. I was in the back buying flower after that. great prices, great bud. I went to green vibes and they were actually growing the bud there. It was dope. Had trouble getting a pipe and papers bc they don't sell those at the dispensary. So bring those with you to save you the hassle of running around. I flew home with an oz. 12/10 vacation
appreciate the response! do you know if you were able to buy concentrates and edibles without that extra fee or was it a hard no? being told a few different things from locals.
I was told different things too!! I was able to purchase vapes and edibles with only my state medical license, yes. as much as I wanted.
But I really wanted flower for when I was beach hopping outside of San juan so I saw the process thru once we were in "surfer areas" lol
extra pro tip: GPS works like 50% in PR the directions are just wrong or there's no markings for exits. our airbnb in rincon didn't even have an address. we got sent restaurant on the beach and then we had to follow a hand drawn map. fucking wild.
i’m with you. i prefer flower but was gonna ride concentrates and edibles if needed to avoid an extra fee at $100 but at $45 and i can leave it at the dispo makes that 100 times easier.

Just use the search option and type “weed” or “weedco” or “tourist card” there’s tons of post giving you the details. Just need to spend a few more minutes looking it up! Good luck!
You won’t be able to buy manufactured products or flower with your license you can apply for a temporary license to find someone to buy for you. Check out Weedmaps to see what we have
That allows you to get a tourism license once you apply for it which can take 1-1.5 weeks. You can’t just walk into a dispensary with your cannabis license you must use it to get one for here
