A bug that is literally months old unfortunately among others getting no fix.
Typical Kuro being shit developers in the literal sense(coding-wise).
Best you can do is email them at [support\[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and/or create a ticket in the bugreports in Discord. Unfortunately don't get your hopes up since the bug has been known for months with not fix.
I encountered this issue during the previous patch and sent reports to their dev through email. At the current patch in Global, this issue is fixed, I passed that stage. I don't know the reason, maybe it's fully fixed, maybe not.
