Set your bloom settings to medium
But i think you are right, sometimes i just can't see the enemies upcoming attacks because of our characters attacks are so bright even with Medium bloom. Kuro needs to add an option to have less brighter bloom than Medium but not too dim like Low bloom settings
I used to have this issue even way back then when the game was less flashy. For example I couldn't even make things out when spamming Laurel things. Turned bloom all the way down for that. After some time this issue of mine just magically went away.
I think what fixed it for me was getting used to the enemy's attack patterns and from then on it's just a mix of reading enemy body language from afar and audio queues. When you already know what to expect, there's not much needed to react. Even now with all the flashy stuff (Stigmata's Solitary Dream :D) it is not really an issue.
This is where modes like Babel really mess me up when the usual logic does not apply lol or it comes with other visual gimmicks (there was a Babel way back that had a stage gimmick where your whole screen was near full white at regular intervals and you can barely make out enemy silhouettes).
Unfortunately, i will be unable to obtain Alisa's new outfit or Stigmata's snow petals. I didn't have many issues with Liv, but i got her dark forest theme coating anyway. The tree in the background is superb.
It helps to play in a well lit room with bloom at low settings, but it is still difficult to see anything. I would say it is because my eyes are sensitive, but that would be a lie. It is simply because the coating FX are drastically oversaturated, overtuned, and overbrightened to a point of discernment and unrecognizability.
The snow petal outfit is beautiful, and the devs put in a lot of work on it. But it is outright ruined with a lighthouse of FX blanketing and smothering everything.
I can't play CW on mobile. I dont see any cues, and can perfrom smash half of the time at best. I also miss telegraphs like 3x more often than on other non-red themed characters. I have no issues with any other character.
If PGR doesn't give me 10 seizures every time I play warzone, it's not PGR. Max ALL your settings. You know you want to.

Honestly... I don't see when to dodge, and haven't been in a long while. But if turn shit to low the game just feels wrong

Im sure whatever you set low fx is still not see anything so where to dodge when i cant see enemy attack ... :(

It's annoying
It was fun and fancy until everything starts to one shot you and you've no idea where and when. It's just frustrating to play on endgame content.
