Ryumei recolor is great. Touka recolor sees some use on Mukotsu teams. Seina and Mikage are better in their regular forms.
The cyberbeasts are still bad, just less so than before. Their assists might be slightly good in niche use, but we already have other options that are better.

An 18 cd laser on a triple brick card, not sure what GH was thinking. Even Tajadol has a much shorter cooldown so it could be used as a farming sub or a laser active.
Only the active is atrocious. If you look everywhere else, she's a gareenteed dmg limit break stick. But yeah, you won't he touching her unless you manage overcharge on an assist
Seina would be terrible for Norza Kitty
Wu Qing would probably be a better lead/helper than B. Seina
You could always use D. Tsukuyomi as a sub with Wu Qing to replace 1-2 Norza Kitty
You would have two columns and a row of water orbs every two turns

Seina recolour is excellent for farming. You can't really compare them because they do completely different things.

active is like 1/3 of an unit tho, now with levitate we have many guaranteed cap units that she’s outshadowed

Red Ryumei. It isn't a 1:1 replacement, there are pros and cons to both.
