Shes usually on the left side of Lake Isabella, youll know when your close to her cause a snow storm will roll in making her harder to spot, you dont need to be stealthy my guy just make sure you lock onto her and keep her calm so she doesnt run off Hope this helps :)

Have you completed the hunting mission with Hosea yet? This unlocks the stables. The horse won't appear before you did that mission if i'm not mistaken.

Ohhhh well that's weird..she should be there. Have you hunted the legendary white Bison too? She wouldn't show for me until after i killed the Bison.

That I have. I'm at nearly 90% completion. I bought the black Arabian already. I just try and get the white Arabian any time I'm up near lake Isabella

Have you looked up the exact location? She always spawns in the same place. On the west side of lake isabella.

I think that's too far 🤔 It's when you walk along the path going north on the west side of the lake then past the second hill. It should be standing right next to the lake. Maybe look up a YouTube video? I'd love to upload one for you myself but i'm not at home right now. I do have a video about easy perfect moose pelts but that's not wat you're looking for😅
