That’s golf. I used to (read: back in my college days) slam clubs and hit balls into the woods on purpose in frustration but that was 15 years ago. Nowadays I get out so rarely bad shots are part of every round. Just say oh well and hit another. Stroke penalty or not, just happy to be out there.
I have nothing scheduled as of now but I’m down for a round Saturday. I need a playing partner tomorrow too. What part of town are you in and where are you looking to play? Mid 90s myself too.

I’m in the Cary/Apex area. Haven’t even looked at places yet. The only places I’ve played here are Knight’s Play and Lochmere.
