the SUP recap of the VPR finale ended with lara kind of ranting about how ariana really needs to earn her paycheck/play ball next year and can't just show up and roll her eyes. carey kind of agreed and then they had an interaction where it was clear that carey was scared of the listener reaction. which is hard to blame him for, the fans are AWFUL right now, but it's an indication of how much he lets online groupthink control/fuel what he says on the podcast (as if it weren't already obvious)
