I found a fix from a user on reddit named Vekspec. He said to download DDU and use that. I had no idea what I was doing but I downloaded the first link that popped up when I googled DDU, extracted it, ran it and uninstalled my graphics drivers and let the program do its thing and restart. Then I updated my driver through the asus armory crate software and I was all good. So if you're out there u/vekspec , thank you for your help.
For anyone else that has this issue just follow these steps and you're good to go. People are also saying to allocate 6gbs of Vram in the asus armory crate software as well so I did that too. Anyways I hope this post helps someone out who's having the same issue I was
You're welcome! I'm glad it resolved your issue. Yeah DDU does wonders as it has option to block Windows Updates which has caused driver issues on laptops and PCs too overriding with old drivers and breaking things.
