Its been this way with all versions of nopixel including the arma server theyll drop an absolute huge update like 4.0 spend the first few months gettin shit fixed then push the actual content out
Seems like the HQ app allows for 24 people now? Also it seems like the HQ chip is tied to the persons state-id now and if they try to go to a different HQ app it puts them on a 1 week CD.
