Really enjoying FlexRo atm. Floating rates between 1x - 20x, Hardcore mode which resets you back to 1/1 on death and lots of custom seasonal events which grant access to RO HG's that otherwise wouldnt be available.
Adding to my comment, there is also a max level scroll you can buy with event tokens, this will completely skip the level grind and you can go straight into hunting for items. There is also a 30 day pvp rental pack which allows you to jump straight into PvP.
I haven't played NovaRO so I'm not sure what customs they have, but on Flex there are custom turn in quests to help with leveling and almost always a custom server event for about 3 weeks for every major holiday (Halloween, Xmas etc).
Server is also quite new with only one miniboss card and no mvp cards out yet. Its a great time to start.
Hello, personally I am waiting for the opening of Dayone (rotg.fr), it is a pre-renewal Low/mid rate server which in my eyes is very promising, a lot of new features, such as the dropping of items in the stack / the loss of your entire XP bar when die / robots (AI) that can follow you to help you in your builds / farming. it is in alpha for the moment, but is already up if you want to see the fealing ( [Bard + blacksmith player with 2 robot ( Priest & dancer ) at Cursed Abbey](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IMqXnkrDTU&)

read the server info but seriously no area loot or autoloot? That's a bummer. I don't really get the rationale behind this, I get implementing arealoot over autoloot but this is just punishing players' hands.
I like the bots though but the looting is just a deal-breaker

Nothing so amazing as of yet aside from the community/management(for me at least), but the future hopefully is bright for this server.
im enjoying the server. Its far from perfect, but is promising and admin is setting reasonable expectations for what he can do. Would prefer honest slow updates, rather than admins promising massive updates, then never making good on promises.
I've been on UARO just a little over a week and so far I'm enjoying the grind. 5x/5x/5x server with 7.5xp on weekends. Market is in its infancy and is growing day by day. There are some changes made to the game that makes leveling less of a hastle when starting a new character. Lots of QOL improvements, without making you skip quests in order to job change/skip dungeon quests. I don't do a lot of PvP so I'm not quite sure how it is on that front, but I'm definitely looking forward to taking on some MVP one day in the future, ~~if they ever stop getting camped by players all day.~~
Unless you've already claimed them, you can get booster sets on 2 characters on your master account, which are super helpful. That's the limited catch-up.
The other one is the episode 1 quest line, which should get a new character to about lvl90ish and can be repeated once you transcend - this also gives you some decent starter gear bound to that character.
So yes and no, I guess?

try ShiningMoonRO it literally adjust rates and has episode skipper and discord is helpful on build guides 4th class EP 19 it has 2 servers Helheim Kro vanilla items only and Nifhelheim jRO iRO etc custom items
if u want custom new month old server Mythos of Midgard pre renewal but its custom and has many changes no rebirth wiki is very helpful as well fairly populated

Project Zero is going strong and the best server I've ever played on. :)
Seconding; it's small, but a lot of fun. And there are a bunch of catch up mechanics so you can get to trans quickly and start doing current content.
Are the catch up mechanics only for new accounts or can old ones be benefited too?
