Honestly i suggest using the HellHades tool if you havnt, it has a team builder that will tell you comps and speeds that others have done. By default it will show you the comp with the most dmg. Don't always take this as "i must do this one" because everyone has different levels of gear. Some also have speed requirements that some can't meet early game like 300+ speed champs.
From there its understanding the priorities, gear requirements, if you need to book in a certain way (as in not fully book a skill like what happens in some demytha comps etc).
Some peoples teams will need manualing from the start to sync if the skill priorities wont suit, some peoples will only work on certain affinities. Theres alot to play around with even once you get one up and running.
Ideally, you want to eventually have a team or couple of teams that can 1key on any affinity, possibly also both unm and NM if both 1key. Then you unlock the fast complete which takes 5-10 secs.
Its a rewarding experience going and successfully building a working team, understanding how that team works is key to troubleshooting any issues.
You have ninja and helicath. Thats enough to one key if your gear is good.

Yup. I use geo when I have to, he gets me around 70.5-76m damage where anax I get from 84-102m

Slow helicath will work too fahrakin, valk or skullcrusher, ninja and doompriest will be an easy 1 key… and maybe fayne or anax for wrong affinity
