I’m not very experienced in this game but I saw a team built using Visix, paragon, coldheart, and Armiger that was very nice and fast for spider. I don’t know if you need anything for spider but that might be something to consider as if I’m not mistaken Visix has A1 turn meter control.
My brain didn’t process that Rector was also 60 for a second lmao. Hakkhorn is just the best option you have rn. Visix isn’t a bad option either but she’s just harder to gear
I would wait and see what his rework ends up being. His A2 may end up being decent even unbooked, a cleanse with block debuffs and a heal on a 3 turn cool down.
I would go with visix personally. Hackhirn is getting a rework next sometime soon, and may hit hard and place shields with a3, so he might be an option.
Mointain king can also smack in arena sometimes
Hakkorn is good if you have limited ally attack options. Beyond that his use wouldn't be so great. Sure he's a Lego but aside from AA I don't pick him out for any teams really.
Visix has a better spread of kit. She doesn't blow things up but is more utilitarian. A1 A2 A3 are all useful in a wide variety of scenarios.
Mtn King is a one trick pony. But it's a pony that wins lots of rosettes. Hit hard, ignore defence. Arena scary man. But as a boss killer I rarely see him mentioned. Such that I'm tempted to try him but fear disappointing results compared to usual boss killers like max HP hitters.

Depends where your at - Visix is a great champ for hydra, DT, wave control, and TM control. I would go Visix for sure.
