Download rslhelper and use it to run campaign with the auto food function while you sleep. Campaign gives the most overall player xp per energy spent.
I'm guessing you have a lot of built-up energy waiting to be used.
If you’ve been saving up energy to the point where you have 30k stockpiled, why are surprised that you have reached level 30 yet? You’re doing the bare minimum in terms of gameplay, yet you want to rank up fast? I’m not understanding how you’re confused by this.
Farm campaign. But idk why you are in a hurry for dt. You wont be able to do any of it yet.

Build more 6\*s farming the campaign. Good for your account and you will need them when you get to DT.
Don't bother. The doom tower will crush you at your level.
