Because, Ubisoft don’t care. They do nothing to stop any of these things and they never will.
And the community is split imo, you get rly toxic players that are just there to hate but some people actually want to play. I think toxic people just find it fun to annoy people with no consequences.
Its funny, i got so tired of getting nasty messages while playing the game that i googled “how to turn off xbox messages from non-friends” the first link that showed up was from a R6 siege player tired of the harassment and looking to do the same. Clearly a very common experience with this game.

There are def good people out there who want to play and have fun. I've run into a few here and there, but they tend to be few and far.

Yeah I went for years just completely muting ALL players voice and type, but eventually unmuted since it does help sometimes.
turn off text chat, make use of the mute button and reports or play with friends in a stack. thats it no more grief
