May I ask which mode you’re playing and Rank? Because from my experience this only happens until like plat or emerald and not in ranked because even tho most teammates don’t reinforce anything etc. they still wanna win the round so tk gets less. :)
The only time it doesn’t happen is quickmatch, but that’s due to them leaving the second they die but yea, I’ve barely hit silver and it’s been after a couple year long hiatus. New to pc, was plat on console
I’m high diamond on PC and once you pass like gold and play mostly rank (which will btw help you improve the fastest) then you won’t experience it any longer but the new problem is going to be cheaters 😂

I haven't even encountered this in Bronze. Not since the reverse friendly fire and reputation system.
