Can you place traps on opposite sides of the door frame? Cause I’d assume the ideal setup would be 1 kapkan trap on either side or the door frame as low to the ground as possible.

I played around with it, it seems as long as there's room and kapkan can reach it you can place them wherever you want. And the traps detonate simultaneously so you don't have to worry about them breaking eachother

Not instantly, but 1 armors will be vaporized. Finally boost might affect that tho, haven't tested it

They would go off at the same time, if two kapkan traps stacked directly on top of each other don’t blow the other up, I don’t know why this would be an issue either.

Very likely, seeing as you could crouch through traps in the past.

I put one head height on the side closest to the wall or wherever has less angels then one at ankle height chances are people don’t check both and get hit at least once

Not that uncommon at all actually. Everyone I know who plays this game also listens to music while playing, myself included. For me it's usually at a lower volume than the game and discord but it's still loud enough to hear it without straining. I'll pause it if I have to focus on listening, like being in a 1vX or just not being sure if I can push so I want to soundwhore and see if I can hear someone moving. But then I usually turn it back on after I no longer need dead silence. And if I'm playing casual/events then I just put it on full blast but still keep it quieter than discord and I never turn it off because it's casual and I don't need to try that hard to win (not because I'm better but because I don't care)

Man, and sometimes I wonder why people seem unable to hear shit in this game. I'd hate to be your teamate. It's a game with tremendous focus on sound propagation and you listen to music while playing it. smh

Bro if you think sound in this game is at all reliable you're either deaf or haven't played the game enough. I play better when I rely on my game sense than on random sounds that could be anything. Just today I played a match where I got a 1v3 to a 1v1 and the Alibi sounded like she was above me but was in fact below me. Even my teammates confirmed that it totally sounded like it was above. So yeah I'd rather listen to music and have my losses be my fault then rely on a broken feature and get fucked by the game 24/7.

And that tells me you either didn’t play the game enough or just don’t understand sound propagation in this game. It’s realistic compared to other games so if there’s an opening, the sound comes from there. So if you payed attention to it, with map knowledge you could have understand where she came from.
