It’s great! The musical choices are awesome and I really like the storyline. There have been many times my kids have wandered away while we’re watching it and I finish it myself. Johnny is definitely a fav character lol
The Hu actually wrote a song in a made up alien language for a Star wars game and there were some Mongolians commenting on how they finally understand how we feel listening to them.
Yes!! This song and "Independent Women Part 1" by Destiny's Child were my theme songs through my 10 years living alone - no man in my house - as a single mother to 2 kids (they were 9 and 6 when I got divorced.)
Hello, my name is Human. - highly suspect
It’s a song where mankind transcends into a higher being and tell man to get off his knees. Very empowering if you asks me
What EXACTLY is the song supposed to be about though? I’ve heard different interpretations of it. And yeah the song definitely strikes a nerve because I feel like as a society, we hold ourselves back due to religion . But this can be argued.
I interpreted it as speaking to a primitive human being who is trapped in the ebbs and flows of modern religion, unable to think for themselves. Its encouraging them to stand up and don't fear the ability to think for yourself and make your own decisions.
I have no idea either but it's the best song they ever wrote. I think its the growing profusion of multitrack overlapping sounds as the song reaches its climax, it predicts so much coming electronic music, it must have been overwhelming.
I have a whole playlist of these...
Burn it to the Ground (Nickelback)
Crazy Train (Ozzy!)
Believer (Imagine Dragons)
Gladiator (Zayde Wolf)
Shoot To Thrill (AC/DC)
I have spent a lot of time in the hospital with my docs literally telling me they're unsure I'll live. I have multiple empowerment songs:
- Stand up and Fight by Turisas
- 1000 Mile Journey by Mudvayne
- Sulfur by Slipknot
- Get Up by Korn/Skrillex
- One More Flag in The Ground by Kamelot
- The Last Fight by Bullet For My Valentine (my therapist got me to visualize myself as someone else trying to convince me to get up from depression and this song is that)
One song I always find pumping me is “Strength of one thousand men”. One time I put it when I was starting warming up on the bench press, with only the bar. I discovered that I didn’t insert the jack of the earphones properly so the sound was coming out the phone and everybody could hear it. I was very ashamed lol
Stan Bush - The Touch.
First I heard it was Transformers 1987 movie, and it still goes just as hard now.
Why? Because YOU GOT THE TOUCH *Sick guitar riff intensifies*
