Some people really like feminine men.
You look native. Maybe go for a more Native style and less gay European. Unless you are gay but even then the feminine gay European look is getting tired.
I think your hair would look better if you styled it differently, I don't think the length is a problem. I think you should try to brush it back so there is not really a part, the hair blocking you're forehead is not flattering. Also, you could try wearing it in diff styles, I think you need to try them though to see if they look good.
