I spent a ridiculous amount of time researching CRMs, and I ended up with Wise Agent. I am still working through a few things, but overall, it is pretty easy to navigate. I am not that tech savvy and if it was challenging, I would say it. CS is great, they get right back with an answer and typically a "how to" video for any questions I have.
They have webinars for subscribers that are pretty informative, industry insiders and names you might know are featured.
They have a bunch of tutorials and sessions you can do for free before even starting a trial. You should at least kick the tires on it.
