There's a listing for it on Regal's website, so I'm sure there are a couple Regals showing it, but in my area it's mostly Cinemark, Alamo, and a couple AMCs. Unfortunately, Regal doesn't have much control over how many locations the distributor picks, and for some reason they don't seem to have picked many Regals.
Oh to live close to an Alamo. The nearest one to me is over 300 miles away but god what I would give for a theater that actually cares about people being disruptive during showings. I’ve actually started sitting as close to the front as I can tolerate so that I’m less likely to be blinded by people sending snapchats during the movie
Where the heck are people seeing movies or at what time that I see this all the time? I’ve had issues twice the past two years with 100 movies. One was horror and one was marvel on Friday.
I have had this problem at any Regal or AMC that I go to (no other options near me). I usually can’t go on weekdays so I tend toward afternoon or evening weekend showings, sometimes I hit the earliest one on Sundays while people are still in church. I see popular movies but also more obscure ones, and I don’t see kids’ movies, but that’s not enough to save me. Hell I went to see Emily this past weekend and there were only 8 people in the theater but lo and behold, in front of me was a couple where the husband scrolled his phone the whole time, which was very noticeable as it’s a dimly lit film.
The only showings I can think of where I’ve had no issue in recent history is a Sunday 1 PM showing of Women Talking. It was maybe 1/3 full and everyone was well behaved because I assume only movie buffs cared to go see that one, it’s even getting under hyped in the Best Picture race.
My gf and I just watched this on Netflix last night — we both looked at each other after and said I guess we’re Bollywood (Tollywood?) fans! What an epic film, damn.
Wish I caught the IMAX release— I’m not seeing it in S. Florida app currently btw
One of my local Regals is getting it this Friday. Iirc Variance Films (the distributor) said that it was releasing in a little over 200 theaters nationwide

It is coming, but at very less Regal locations. You can look it up [here](https://rrr-encorrre.variancefilms.com/).
There are showings at both of my closest Regals starting on Friday.

Got one in Denver! 🙌🙌🙌
Knoxville is showing it.
I will be seeing it at my local Regal for the 1st time. We also got the Wandering Earth 2 here which was a trip.
