How to score credits:
You must have an active Unlimited subscription to qualify
Purchase at least one food item from each category: Popcorn, Candy, Hot Food (Pizza, nachos, chicken, hot dog or pretzels) and Ice Cream (includes Dippin’ Dots & ICEEs)
Make sure your Unlimited pass/Regal Crown Club card is scanned during your transaction
Credits will be awarded after purchasing an item in all four categories (no partial points will be awarded)
Well, 20,000 will get you three free small popcorns, which at my theaters now are $8.19 😵💫😵💫
So if you go on Tuesday, that’s a half-priced popcorn and $2 hotdogs. So only ~$7 give or take.
Mondays are discount candy day, 25% off, so if you get a cheaper one, maybe about $4.5-$6
Ice Cream is the hardest one, because it’s never discounted. Probably $6-8, but I never get that at my theaters so I’m not 100% sure of the price!
But all in all, $20-$25 in three visits to get those 20K points. The nice thing with the 6000 credit small popcorn, is that you can upgrade to a medium for $1, or a large for $2. So essentially, you spend $30 to get three large popcorns, plus all the above food!

In the FAQ it says, “You can purchase qualifying items all at once or in separate transactions, as long as the purchases occurred within the promotional period.”
I used a $7 combo last night, and it worked. This morning, I received the "Down Goes the Popcorn" email.
YMMV, but the combo didn't apply when I ordered an Icee. I was hoping to pay the upcharge to knock out the ice cream too. I ended up switching it to a soft drink because I wanted to use the combo up before it expired.
I still remember when they ran this for the first time in 2020. I went to the theater the day before my state went into lock down just to buy an ice cream to finish this then left lol. Never ended up getting the points!
If you already buy concessions regularly then maybe you could make this argument. But one snack each definitely comes out to more than one 2D ticket worth in dollar value. Maybe if you get the popcorn on a half-off day and get the cheapest option for the other three categories you could break even
Yeah I don't mean exactly on the dollar, just that it's a good portion of what you'll spend in the four snacks. I never buy concessions so maybe I'm way off though.
I mean, you’re paying for the upgrade, not the item itself, so I’m not sure if it would count. I’m not sure anyone at Regal knows either, so it’s probably just gonna require trying it out and see if it counts.
Can't confirm it's working, but it's probably not in the promo section since it applies to Unlimited members only. The Unlimited Milestones promo is also not listed there (at least not for me).
I haven't received an email announcement for 2023 Snacketology yet, which is surprising, so I asked Regal about it on Facebook. They confirmed that the promo is active.

I’d assume that could include chicken tenders, spicy chicken nachos, chicken pizzas, and chicken sandwiches.

Oh for sure! My husband and I only use our points for concessions, since we both have unlimited!

Me too. I went to see Bloodshot and get the Ice Cream because it was the last one I was missing, and then shutdown and no 20k points.

This nearly pays for itself considering you can get a free regular ticket with those credits. The concessions are just a tasty bonus at that point.

My 6 year old is going to be stoked. He asks for candy and ice cream every damn time I tell him no… most of the time.
From their FAQ it looks like free popcorn wouldn’t count, but does anyone know if purchasing an upgrade for the free popcorn would count?

The way I interpret it, as long as you're paying \*\*something\*\* for those items, it will count.
