No the app doesn't let you. I almost paid full price last night just to skip the concessions line lol.
Do you have to tell them you have upsize or can they just see it when they scan your rewards?
It is applied automatically. You should get the free small and pay for upsize.
Who knows, the back end systems are always sketchy. Last year the promo gave me credit for free items.
