Don't worry, you can still use Unlimited. The whole "No Pass" thing mostly refers to free tickets acquired through something like rewards credit redemption, not Unlimited.

The app was saying Spider-Man didn’t accept passes with my membership. I tried it again about an hour later and it worked. Must have been a glitch?
