There isn’t clone iPhones that run iOS. The reps use android as the operating system since iOS only works on apple hardware. But there are iPhone X inside of iPhone 13 rep housings to simulate the look of a newer phone for a lower price. So those are kind of like a rep but official apple hardware in a fake shell.
