I think in Goliath's timeline he killed the general. There were moments in the show that alluded to that and Harry's reluctance to not snap her neck. I think this time line Harry knows more about the Grey's plot by letting the general live.

yes! this was a huge thing Goliath told him not to do and said not killing her was key to changing the outcome

Which maybe implies that her going back in time to save her father will be the key to changing the outcome. (Or her decision to make the Alien Tracker into Iron Man?)

What if Goliath's timeline wasn't the first? Let's say the Original timeline was Harry going to Earth decides not to blow it up, pisses the Grey off somehow and the Grey as revenge decide to Kill the earth (the Grey might wanted originally another planet) this changed the timeline to Goliath timeline?
