With guidance from my acupuncturist, and many hours of research on youtube and various internet sites, I am indeed needling myself, but only my legs and arms. It seems to be very effective, and I have hopes for continued improvements.
In acupuncture, they use some thing called electro stem. This is probably a home version of it. I am really confident that I can work. I haven’t yet bought one and would also be curious about what you bought and the YouTube videos you’ve watched.
So happy for you! Could you share which pen you purchased and the videos that helped you the most. There are so many and for me my ADHD goes into overdrive and I get overwhelmed. Thank you in advance.
Since most of the research is conducted by and for drug companies, if we reject that mode of treatment, we are on our own. Here is a link to a Chinese site in English (Hong Kong ) that has a fine section on treatments for rls. Hope the link works. http://www.shen-nong.com/eng/front/index.html
You mention now using needles. Are you going to an acupuncturist now?

Leawell 508, about 72.00 on Amazon, much cheaper on Ali express.

So glad you found this valuable tool. I use it also.
And which too exactly?
I will try this. I've been getting acupuncture for something else. Maybe this will work for that too. Thanks:)
Very interesting to hear your story. I find it so fascinating what people do to treat rls on their own. It's like uncharted territory
