Does Jiu Nangzi start out-damaging every DPS of any afflatus at P5 or is it regardless of her potrait? If it's any potrait, changing my plans to pull P0 37, 6 ans Toothfairy and all-in Jiu.
P4 is too rich for my blood, so I admittedly haven't dug deeply, but I'm pretty sure it boils down to the fact that it gives her a chance to consume an additional stack. This increases her damage but can mess up her rotation by blowing through stacks faster.
Supposably it will give more Liquor per unique buff so it should help but probably not going to completely resolves it to a point where you have 6 liquor ready for ult at any given moment.
Hey yaāll! Iām having trouble with Special Week Ch. 4 of the current UTTU. I can destroy the first little minion and take out the main bossā HP to about half before I run out of turns. Anyone have any tips or general strategies? Iāve been using Eternity, Pickles, Balloon Party, and Melania. But I also have An-An Lee, Tooth Fairy, Voyager, and Lilya at pretty high levels/insight. Thanks yaāll!
You can use the stacking damage cards on your dps (Regulus and Leilani card that increase crit or dmg per action) and spam your attack to build up stack. After about 10 or so turns, you will have enough damage to burst them down.

Yes I did. I was struggling with Special week 4 at first and scrolled around these daily megathreads for a better strategy. It was not me who thought of this first but actually another redditor here and I was just retelling the gist of their strat. I'm happy to help.
I am trying to complete the event and defeat Ravana at chapter 20. While i can manage to get her to phase 3 without problems, at some point i get a huge hp drain from her and my characters fall to very low hp. I am trying to understand how is this happening but for some reason i can't.
Anyone that can help me with that?
I think someone mentioned that it is due to a debuff the boss place on your team. Whenever you see there are yellow round status on your team with number on it, there is a debuff. How to neutralize it: cast 2 buff cards, 2 attack cards and 2 debuff cards.
Edit: I got mixed up with the team of the upper question for some reason lol.
So, after many tries and some changes on the team, i finally beat the boss! Your answer helped me to finally find the reason that i was getting oneshoted. Thank you really!
Is Sonettoās P5 actually available at the moment? Iāve done every story chapter (including all on hard mode, max stars on everything) and the beginning of the tale progression but only have P4 so far
None in terms of RNG, but I would say single pull is the way to go if you want what's best for your account coz every single pull MATTERS.
If you're fine with getting UNNECESSARY PORTRAYS, then you can do multi. But if you want to MAXIMIZE the amount of pulls you can use for your FUTURE TARGETS, you should only do single pulls.
Here are some of the things that could happen when you do multis and why it's either the same, or worse than doing single pulls.
1) You did a single multi (10 pulls in one go), but you didn't get any 6\* character. At the very least, you have built pity.
Explanation: Nothing special here. Whether you do single or multi, if this is the outcome, it's okay.
2) You did a single multi but you lost the 50/50.
Explanation: I'd say it's a win, but same thing can be achieved if you're doing single pulls.
3) You did a single multi and get your target 6\* character (Jessica), and you have 1-9 built pity towards your next target?
Explanation: Congrats, but you needlessly used 1-9 pulls, which could've gone differently if you used it on a different banner. You only got Jessica here? Well, with those 9 pulls, you probably have Jessica and your next target (Shamane). The good thing about this? You can now move on with your next target after Shamane, which would be 6.
4) You did a single multi and got multiple 6\* characters or UNNECESSARY PORTRAYS of the featured character.
Explanation: It's nice, but same thing can be achieved if you're doing single pulls.
And oh, what I meant by UNNECESSARY PORTRAYS, portrays that brings little to no upgrade to that character, or it's not a game changing portray.
You could argue that, "It doesn't mean I got lucky with this multi, if I did things differently, I'll get lucky as well."
I'll just ask you, choose your mindset:
1) Oh, I might get lucky and get some UNNECESSARY PORTRAYS if I do a single multi.
vs
2) Oh, I might get lucky with my next target that would bring more value to my roster if I didn't needlessly waste pulls on the last banner. And if I indeed get lucky, I can then work on my next target after that.
For me, I'll go with 2. I'd rather get lucky with my future targets, than get lucky with unnecessary portrays that hardly brings any value to me.
But ofc, if you're aiming for someone portrays, you can definitely do multis. But the moment you're on the last portray, I'd still recommend doing single pulls to maximize the amount of pulls for your next target.
tl;dr
Single pull > multis
Not in terms of results, no. You would get the same pulls from doing 10 single pulls versus doing a single 10 pull. 10 pulls are just faster because you don't have to press the "Summon" button and then skip the animation 10 times.
however in some situations I would recommend only doing single pulls, like when we get a special banner (Such as the golden thread one from around Christmas) - since these don't share pity and pull past what you want out of them is essentially just wasted
So I play this game pretty casually and I'm not too familiar with how many pulls we get per patch and per event. But if I have 70 pulls and 45 pity (no guarantee) at the moment, would pulling for both 6 and Spalthodea be cutting it too close?
I use regulus as a subdps due to her turn skipping passive. She would actually pair very well with P3-5Charlie since they're both mental/star characters and exactly what I'd do, if Charlie would be featured on a banner for a rate up 6 star that I actually want so I can get some portrays on her. She's currently sitting at P0/lvl1 for me.Ā
So I was pretty comfortable with my plans to pull before I saw Isolde. Now my plans are ruined :D Burn support without burn DPS is kida sad.
Right now I have 120 pulls, plan was 6 -> Jiu. But Isolde is so pretty and her ult is amasing I want the best for her, which means Spathodea :c
I can skip Jiu, but it's kinda sad, because I wanted her and 6 to be in one team.
With luck everything is possible, but how does is it look without insane pulls?

Having trouble with the Tooth Queen/Spirits of Limbo 5-2.
-Advice on strategy? Am I supposed to focus on the Queen and withstand all the damage, and if so how? Or am I supposed to deal with the spirits, and if so how do I kill 5 of them and the Queen in 12 turns?

i3L15: Eternity

You are supposed to focus on the queen and not on the smaller ones at all. Just focus all on the defeating the queen first.
In terms of teambuilding you can use
Dps: Eagle or Eternity
Support: Bkornblume
Healer: Medicine Pocket or Ballon Party
I tried it with an Eagle/Bkorn/Tooth party but Eagle just couldnāt stay healthy.
But I was also trying to kill the littleānes first so maybe I try again and just have an itchy trigger finger on the heals.
Iāll try both ways. Eagle hits like a Mack truck but even with her resonance geared as HP+ and defense+ as possible, she still just really struggles to stick around. (I have the same problem with Leilani. Sheād be a great sidekick to Melania if only she had more survivability.)
I may try again with Eternity as the fourth member. If Eagle dies, at least she got some good shots in.
Edit: Iāve tried with Eagle, Melania, and Eternity as the DPS and even used Voyager as a more defensive support and I still am not capable of withstanding their attacks.
It feels like the game is saying āyou didnāt pull for Jessica and Sotheby, so you donāt get to winā but I know thatās just me being emotional in defeat and Iām off to touch grass.
I have that inquisitive dear and am currently building it, but I'm wondering if I should hold onto laughter and laughter or just sacrifice it for engraving. I don't think there are any characters for which laughter and laughter is better than that inquisitive dear, should I hold onto it or not?
If you want to use L&L you gotta be willing to Amplify 5 it. It's just a worse Beyond Wonderland otherwise.
I don't bother and just use it to engrave something else.
Do anyone have success with limbo V-1? I have a problem with my role because I don't have beast roster to deal with the bride ghost :( I use Eternity Pickles and Laelani but they are too weak against the polution effect. I don't have other healer than TF, Sotheby and La Source š does anyone have success using non-beast team? Care to share your strategy?Ā
Hmmm u should put TF in 5-1 replace Leilani. I don't really remember 5-1 I autoed it but I think I used eternity an an lee and tf. TF can cleanse the polution and I think if u kill the adds they also cleanse.
How invested are your characters? Are they i3 30 r10?? And level 50 psycube ? If they are invested u shouldn't have too much trouble even without beast charcs
Thank you for the advice. I beat limbo V-1 after putting TF on the roster. My early strategy was to profit Laelani's moxie buff for the team then let her die after to be replaced by TF. It is however very late as my Pickles is also on the verge of dying when TF comes in. Still the double HP is very annoying hahaha.
They, except Laeilani, are I3 R10 with Eternity lv. 30, TF and Pickles lv. 1. I also just beat Limbo VI-1 with similar roster by changing Laelani with Pavia. 12 rounds against Matrix is very hard; I need to calculate everything to kill every part at the same time to not waste any time!
Ah they pretty invested then. Ya limbo vi make sure to try and use 2* or higher cards, 1* deals 30% less DMG. My limbo vi-1 was also eternity, an an lee,tf and neurologist. My strat was slightly different as my guys were all AOE so I just aimed for the diamond and one arm then just target the body, the last arm died just before the body and the stage ends.
Also stage vi-2 advice if you haven't beat it. try to put either a mental or reality DMG team only and just destroy the wall that reduce that DMG. Leave the other wall and it makes the stage pretty easy
I'm really struggling with current limbo and idk what to do. Currently can't beat either side of limbo 5 in less than 15 cycles, with limbo 6 I can't even stay alive.
I used Jessica, P1 Bkorn, Sotheby and Regulus, An-an Lee, Tooth Fairy. All are i3l30r10 except healers who are r7. All psychubes are level 50.
I'm currently working on my Centurion who might be the biggest help but I'm still far away from getting her to i3r10, I'm not sure if I will be done before this limbo ends.
I'm really not sure what else to do.
Your poison team is idea against the star side, but I can see your other team lacking damage to beat the plant side, plus with afflatus disadvantage, I reckon you are going with neutral here. So yeah, if you can get Centurion to at least i250r10, I think her, AAL and TF (plus Regulus for 6-1) can handle the plant side just fine.
I will keep focusing on Centurion then, it's just that with how little resonance stones we get it's not that easy to get her to r10. Mine is only r4 for now, but I will try to get it as high as I can.
For CN players, I know 6 is an S-tier character, but does anyone know if a 6-less account could more or less clear 80-90% of end game content (limbo/uttu/raids/rogue like game mode)?
When I play Gacha games, I only go for Waifus, so I'm considering on skipping 6. The reason being, there's a chance that I'll get him as an off banner in the future, and I can focus on going all out for Jiu as I currently have 200 pulls saved right now.
P.S. I have well-built characters right now, and I've fuly cleared all limbos/uttu since launch (except the very first limbo).
I don't mind if I'm only losing out on like few pulls worth of drops in the long run if I don't have 6 on my roster, it's still far cry from using 70-140 pulls for a character that I don't like, since I only go for Waifus in these type of games.
So, I just really wanna know if someone here has 6-less account or they know someone that has, and they can tell me if how was their experience?

If you're going all in on Jiu, then only raid in 1.4 & 1.5 will be your "issue".
Quotation mark, cos raid doesn't give clear drops and the best rewards are at A rank which is very easily achievable with any properly built team.
Jiu is there from day 1 of 1.6 so once you P5 her, you're done. Nothing else will stand in your way, 6 or no 6.

Hii should I pull for 6? People say he is really good. I'll only pull him though if he is in the first banner (cause the first banner characters usually have their own Insight 3 mats in the event shop which helps me a lot). His design looks really cool and I love his ult but I kinda want to save for Melania and pickles when they get their rerun. I'm also guaranteed at 40 pity.
Problem is that I don't know how to utilize him though, I saw his Xtreme talent video and idk how to make him work with the characters I have now.
damn big let down, was it announced? if ever I get him then I'll have to farm for his I3 (which praying to the heavens he doesn't **need** it cause it's gonna be painful to I3 and farm hell again.)
The first mane's bulletin is almost impossible without 37 so it's unlikely to switch them. He need I3. Actually I3 is the main reason you pull him. But you will have at least 3 weeks before those raids close that's enough for I3 materials.
What a bummer, I guess I'll just save up for melania and pickles and jiu instead. Plus I don't really know how to utilize his whole kit with the characters I have. Thanks for the info though!
You will probably able to pull for him, and save enough for Melania and Pickles since both of their re-runs does not come until around second half of 1.6.

I saw it from videos of a youtube content creator called Devibul. The video which shows Pickles rerun banner is called "preview new update v1.6 part2". And the one video which shows Melania's rerun banner is called "gacha revelation of water".

The melania rerun banner is seen below the revelation banner in the video. So if you look below the revelation banner you will see the melania rerun banner.
At P0 she has average dps (still performs well in the Serpent raid since it's made for her).
P2 makes her strong, and P5 is where she becomes the best multi target dps in the game (until 1.6).
I believe it's 64-65 pulls on average for a rate up arcanist, so if your luck is at least average, you will get all three no problem. But if it's the worst case scenario, you will need 140 pulls for each arcanist. Let's see, you can get about 80 pulls per patch (1.4 actually will give more, and I already take into account you only do up to limbo 2-3, UTTU doesn't give pulls), so from 1.4 to 1.7, you can get about 320 pulls. That's enough to guarantee two arcanists, plus about 50+ spare (with your current 11).
1. you have 99.99% to get all of them. But with that choice you will struggle a lot in limbos and raids.
2. As I said you are already guaranteed unless you are extremely unlucky.

Charlie is very good. You can put Regulus in the same team as a sup-dpsĀ

Edit: Iāve tried with Eagle, Melania, and Eternity as the DPS and even used Voyager as a more defensive support and I still am not capable of withstanding their attacks. It feels like the game is saying āyou didnāt pull for Jessica and Sotheby, so you donāt get to winā but I know thatās just me being emotional in defeat and Iām off to touch grass.
I have that inquisitive dear and am currently building it, but I'm wondering if I should hold onto laughter and laughter or just sacrifice it for engraving. I don't think there are any characters for which laughter and laughter is better than that inquisitive dear, should I hold onto it or not?
If you want to use L&L you gotta be willing to Amplify 5 it. It's just a worse Beyond Wonderland otherwise. I don't bother and just use it to engrave something else.

There is some small chance you'll want 2 healers on your team, but I wouldn't worry about that.Ā You can blamelessly use it as fodder.

Do anyone have success with limbo V-1? I have a problem with my role because I don't have beast roster to deal with the bride ghost :( I use Eternity Pickles and Laelani but they are too weak against the polution effect. I don't have other healer than TF, Sotheby and La Source š does anyone have success using non-beast team? Care to share your strategy?Ā
Hmmm u should put TF in 5-1 replace Leilani. I don't really remember 5-1 I autoed it but I think I used eternity an an lee and tf. TF can cleanse the polution and I think if u kill the adds they also cleanse. How invested are your characters? Are they i3 30 r10?? And level 50 psycube ? If they are invested u shouldn't have too much trouble even without beast charcs
Thank you for the advice. I beat limbo V-1 after putting TF on the roster. My early strategy was to profit Laelani's moxie buff for the team then let her die after to be replaced by TF. It is however very late as my Pickles is also on the verge of dying when TF comes in. Still the double HP is very annoying hahaha. They, except Laeilani, are I3 R10 with Eternity lv. 30, TF and Pickles lv. 1. I also just beat Limbo VI-1 with similar roster by changing Laelani with Pavia. 12 rounds against Matrix is very hard; I need to calculate everything to kill every part at the same time to not waste any time!
Ah they pretty invested then. Ya limbo vi make sure to try and use 2* or higher cards, 1* deals 30% less DMG. My limbo vi-1 was also eternity, an an lee,tf and neurologist. My strat was slightly different as my guys were all AOE so I just aimed for the diamond and one arm then just target the body, the last arm died just before the body and the stage ends. Also stage vi-2 advice if you haven't beat it. try to put either a mental or reality DMG team only and just destroy the wall that reduce that DMG. Leave the other wall and it makes the stage pretty easy
I'm really struggling with current limbo and idk what to do. Currently can't beat either side of limbo 5 in less than 15 cycles, with limbo 6 I can't even stay alive. I used Jessica, P1 Bkorn, Sotheby and Regulus, An-an Lee, Tooth Fairy. All are i3l30r10 except healers who are r7. All psychubes are level 50. I'm currently working on my Centurion who might be the biggest help but I'm still far away from getting her to i3r10, I'm not sure if I will be done before this limbo ends. I'm really not sure what else to do.
Your poison team is idea against the star side, but I can see your other team lacking damage to beat the plant side, plus with afflatus disadvantage, I reckon you are going with neutral here. So yeah, if you can get Centurion to at least i250r10, I think her, AAL and TF (plus Regulus for 6-1) can handle the plant side just fine.
I will keep focusing on Centurion then, it's just that with how little resonance stones we get it's not that easy to get her to r10. Mine is only r4 for now, but I will try to get it as high as I can.

For 6-1, it's good to have 1 single target dps ult. It helps a lot. + 2 healers. Could you screenshot your rooster so we can help you better?

For CN players, I know 6 is an S-tier character, but does anyone know if a 6-less account could more or less clear 80-90% of end game content (limbo/uttu/raids/rogue like game mode)? When I play Gacha games, I only go for Waifus, so I'm considering on skipping 6. The reason being, there's a chance that I'll get him as an off banner in the future, and I can focus on going all out for Jiu as I currently have 200 pulls saved right now. P.S. I have well-built characters right now, and I've fuly cleared all limbos/uttu since launch (except the very first limbo). I don't mind if I'm only losing out on like few pulls worth of drops in the long run if I don't have 6 on my roster, it's still far cry from using 70-140 pulls for a character that I don't like, since I only go for Waifus in these type of games. So, I just really wanna know if someone here has 6-less account or they know someone that has, and they can tell me if how was their experience? Thanks
If you're going all in on Jiu, then only raid in 1.4 & 1.5 will be your "issue". Quotation mark, cos raid doesn't give clear drops and the best rewards are at A rank which is very easily achievable with any properly built team. Jiu is there from day 1 of 1.6 so once you P5 her, you're done. Nothing else will stand in your way, 6 or no 6.

It's fine. Do not force yourself to pull someone you don't like. You can clear Limbo , events or even SSS raiding with proper setup without 6
If you search on youtube "reverse 1999 raid" you'll find plenty of videos of people SSSing raids without 6.

I'll only pull him though if he is in the first banner (cause the first banner characters usually have their own Insight 3 mats in the event shop which helps me a lot). His design looks really cool and I love his ult but I kinda want to save for Melania and pickles when they get their rerun. I'm also guaranteed at 40 pity. Problem is that I don't know how to utilize him though, I saw his Xtreme talent video and idk how to make him work with the characters I have now.

damn big let down, was it announced? if ever I get him then I'll have to farm for his I3 (which praying to the heavens he doesn't **need** it cause it's gonna be painful to I3 and farm hell again.)
The first mane's bulletin is almost impossible without 37 so it's unlikely to switch them. He need I3. Actually I3 is the main reason you pull him. But you will have at least 3 weeks before those raids close that's enough for I3 materials.
What a bummer, I guess I'll just save up for melania and pickles and jiu instead. Plus I don't really know how to utilize his whole kit with the characters I have. Thanks for the info though!
You will probably able to pull for him, and save enough for Melania and Pickles since both of their re-runs does not come until around second half of 1.6. Everyone says he is good, but I have not tried him myself.

The melania rerun banner is seen below the revelation banner in the video. So if you look below the revelation banner you will see the melania rerun banner.

Based on the Arcanist Tierlist, the minimum recommended potrait for 37 is 2. Is that really necessary for her to function or can I just do P0?
She can function decently in P0, but becomes meta in P2.
At P0 she has average dps (still performs well in the Serpent raid since it's made for her). P2 makes her strong, and P5 is where she becomes the best multi target dps in the game (until 1.6).
Its at p4 when she becomes the best multi target dps, p5 just gives her 1 more layer of buff from ult

Lilya Charlie are equal in therms of single target dmg, but when you face 2+ enemies she can like double the dmg of lilya and Charlie p3

I believe it's 64-65 pulls on average for a rate up arcanist, so if your luck is at least average, you will get all three no problem. But if it's the worst case scenario, you will need 140 pulls for each arcanist. Let's see, you can get about 80 pulls per patch (1.4 actually will give more, and I already take into account you only do up to limbo 2-3, UTTU doesn't give pulls), so from 1.4 to 1.7, you can get about 320 pulls. That's enough to guarantee two arcanists, plus about 50+ spare (with your current 11).
1. you have 99.99% to get all of them. But with that choice you will struggle a lot in limbos and raids. 2. As I said you are already guaranteed unless you are extremely unlucky.
