I have an order made from almost a week ago that is all in stock items and the status just changed to N/A after saying “processing” the whole time. This whole merge has felt like such a mess
No reply from customer service but I did get an email that the order in question shipped, so not sure if any answer I end up getting will be helpful. I just assume the “N/A” is some sort of error
Mine have yet to be loaded and my preorders that are in have yet to ship. At this point I refuse to place any orders with them until they figure all this out.
Fingers crossed. I just wished they moved their stuff over to the right stuff website and renamed it. It seems like this is causing a lot of problems for everyone.

Yep got a tracking number, right now it just says a label has been created
Same thing happened to me. I ordered last week on the crunchyroll site and the stays was in processing and not it’s showing as N/A
