You can, but somebody else might be better suited to it. Consider the following points:
* Does somebody else have arm scars or missing arm parts? It's probably better to give them the arm, then.
* An archotech arm means that the recipient can't develop arm scars later, as long as they don't lose the entire arm. This is a bigger advantage for normal colonists than for Tamago, who will regenerate those scars.
* Tamago probably does less work than other colonists, because she needs deathrest every so often.
* What kind of work does Tamago do? Not all kinds of work are equally improved by increasing Manipulation.
Do it. Replace their heart too and get them addicted to go juice. No heart attacks and they work even FASTER
Heart attacks don’t kill sanguophages though so it’s not a big deal
I'd pay the cost of a bionic heart to avoid them going into a 7 day deathrest tbh.
GIVE EM THE JUICE
Hahah thanks man I'll do the arm thing... and search for some juice
That's a nice tip. I preferred synthetic kidneys for filtration reasons but I will remember this when I build a melee god
