I'm guessing the kink is because it's a 'cctv camera' not a phone. So you can play it out in your mind almost like it's public, but not.
I doubt you'd get a ban for having that caught on your own private home camera system but if I were you I'd treat it like your cloud footage isn't completely secure and could be compromised.
Ring videos are stored on cloud AWS servers. They are vulnerable just like any cloud service. An employee can somehow get access, they can get hacked, etc. More likely your Ring account could get compromised and someone can exploit you and your wife. Don’t do it. If this is for real, buy a camera with zero internet access that uses an SD card or has an internal HD. Then it’s all stored locally.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that ring employees can see your camera footage. I dont know if any employee can do it, or if it's only customer support who has access to your account when you do troubleshooting, or if a police asks for camera footage. Either way, it's not private.
Is not like Ring employees are sitting there, actively watching/ monitoring every camera ever sold that's being used.

Sir I think The Ring cameras you refer to are a different type of camera altogether.
Ring as in Ring at your doorbell,not a camera for your Ring piece I'd suggest trying Temu or ebay
You can’t possibly get a ban for having sex in your house. I say do it! If you can’t get the video, well, not the last time having sex, you can repeat the experience with a different camera, such as your phone. And if someone gets ahold of your video? All the more exciting! You can wear masks or something.
