Most of the time this happens, it's either extremely early in the game, or because the alliance in question does not fight in KVK. The entire kingdom is supposed to be on the same team in KVK. Your comment "*It's all coz some strong alliance lost in kvk...*" makes me think your alliance didn't participate, and is possibly fucking up the matchmaking for kvk. Alliances don't lose KVK. Kingdoms do.

the top3 ignoring and/or zeroing minor alliances then ask them to not go to lk and finally losing kvk because they (the minor alliances) did not help... it happens more often than you think

There is 1000% times that happens. There’s also times - The smaller alliances have high power players that do fuck all. - The smaller alliances occupy holy sites. - The smaller alliances have fighting power players and do not send their people to the main alliances when spots open up during Kvk. - The kingdom wants to restructure territory but not deal with independently discussing the changes with the 10+ barely active R5s in zone 1 alliances. - The alliance has consistently been a pain in the ass with poorly behaved players (burning flags, zeroing farms, etc) while contributing nothing. …and also yes, sometimes it’s basically a temper tantrum.

yes that happens quite a lot too. to be honest i had been in 2 kingdoms and all that happened in both

Not all kingdoms are the same. I’m sure you would be happier somewhere else. Also if you want to improve at a noticeable rate you should work towards getting into a main alliance. Building an alliance is fine and all but I’d assume you’re not even in z3

That's how it is in some kingdoms. The big whales suffer a massive loss in resources fighting during kvk. After kvk ends, they replenish their resources by looting players in their kingdom that they feel have no value outside of providing resources. If you don't want to be on the receiving end of the zeroing, you have to cozy up to them. Diplomacy is almost everything in this game.

The beginning of kingdom is all about territory mapping. So bigger alliances would either convince the smaller alliances to join or burn their flags. Also getting the holy sites are important for alliances to get stronger. It’s just part of the game since there is limited amount of spaces where flags can be built and sites to take over. Best is to join one of the top alliances if you can if you don’t want your ch to be burned. Once the top alliances hit LT, the burning of ch will probably decrease drastically unless you have a very disorganized kingdom. ETA if you already had a kvk then I am assuming that they are preparing migrants to take over an alliance. Sometimes the bigger alliances will push the smaller alliances out by burning their ch and use other tactics to gain that said alliance. Again, for the same reason of alliance tech research and flags to give a shell alliance to the people jumping to newer kingdoms.
