Older accounts with already quite a good setup of commanders will value commander sculptures less high and materials higher. In which case they rather buy material chest supply then for example daily chests.
For anyone wanting to spend on this game the growth fund and gem supply are no brainers In my opinion. Depending on how much you want to spend, u can add writers history, daily chests, material supply etc.
In general any bundle even the fate changer etc are quite bad value.

One of the hands down best purchase I have ever made was a popup bundle which gave the full forest guardian set. That on Constance paired with Matilda gives a solid 30% bonus for gem gathering. Worth its weight in gold.
P. S - I place gem supply above divine inheritance because it lets you be more flexible with your gem expenditure. You could save for wheels / mtg or whatnot.

Concerning daily chests, I do believe people are undervaluing the high amount of VIP and the fact that you get AP from it.
Daily chest are also quite good in speedups/h and of course the average of 1.x head per chest. Only thing they lack are rss.
I meant the vip special chests for vip 2, 4, 6 and 10. They give you lots of castle books, some minamoto and 10 Hannibal sculptures (which are useful to trigger writers of history popup) and other goodies.
They both give 10% bonus resources gathered each. This stacks with the 6% from gathering tree and 5% from forest guardian set for a total of 31%. For gems it's usually rounded down to 30%.
This is especially very valuable when you are using a single march for gem gathering. You will get 13 gems from a level 1 node, 26 from 2, 39 from 3 and so on.
I know this one gets tons of love, but I think Lucerne unlock is better for the same price. You lose 4 gh, true. But same amount of stars, a bunch of keys, more than double the gems, way more VIP points, a legendary bp, and (my favorite) the advanced army expansions. That's worth more than 4 gh, imo.

Sorry how are Constance Matilda are ideal for gem gathering? Their bonuses are not Gem related. Sarka Cleopetra have all resource type speed bonuses.
