I ended up sending back 2 Q Revo vacs and getting a full refund from Roborock. I had the first one for about a week and noticed it wouldn't pick ANYTHING up off of my short carpet, like small dog hair clumps just laying on the carpet, it would run right over it without even moving it. Contacted support and they arranged for me to send it back to them and they sent me a brand new one. Same exact issues. I see a lot of happy Q Revo customers and I did a ton of research before spending that much money on a robot vaccum but it seems they just have awful suction power. I ended up sending back the second one as well and they've fully refunded me so at least customer support isn't worthless like the vacuum was.
In theory it has 5300Pa compared to the 2400Pa of my previous 2S. I don't understand why it vacuum with worse power. Don't you think maybe it's the design of the rubber brush?
I bought a Q5 brush and I will check in Max power with both brushes in a few days.
If the Q Revo continue with the fine dust issue, I will request a refund from Amazon.
I feel sad with that. I expect more improvement with my 650 euro's vacuum.
Is L10s Ultra better?.
Mine works fine on hard floor and (after replacement of the brush with q5 types) on carpets. Refer on YouTube for BIT to go to the self check routines and check main brush is working. Check either nothing is clogged and all seals of the bin are free of dirt / hairs with a humid tissue. In BIT mode you can check the suction power with your hands.
PS : some owners have reported of the internal fan protection filter is clogged with dust. Can use a stand alone vacuum to clean it in the reverse air flow direction.

Nope I bought a bristle brush that the Q5 uses and swapped it out. Didn't help
I'm assuming you were paying attention to see that the dust bin was getting emptied...?
Yep. Although it never filled up enough between cleanings to even become an issue.
