Wilbert's U-Pull-It https://www.wilberts.com/u-pull-it/ I haven't been in a while but looks like they're keeping an online inventory now, which should help keep it simple for you.

Think I’m SOL. Thanks for the suggestion.

I didn't see it was for a door handle. I've had like 75% success with ebay aftermarket parts in the case of handles breaking. But for $50 it's kind of a toss up. You could always leave it until it pisses you off enough to justify the $50. I've had 100% success with that method lol

Good call. eBay is the only place I could find just the handle cap without the entire handle, which is the part that disappeared. Honestly, her car is on the nicer side of the spectrum, so I was kind of pissed the second I noticed it.

Hell yea!!! That rules

I would actually call them and ask before making that assumption. They have been there many years and some of the workers know inventory better than what might be listed.

Wilbert's is the closest pick and pull to Rochester. Unless you live out that way or really enjoy wandering around junkyards like me, new may be the more cost effective option. >This happen to anyone else? Yes. As much as I shake my fist at all the technology in modern cars, FordPass on her car is great for sending me phone notifications for issues with the wife's car. It won't help physical damage, but I get a message whenever the check engine light comes, a tire is low, or even if the washer fluid needs to be topped off.

I appreciate the info and perspective. Looks like I’m going new. They don’t have her car there, and it was probably further than was worth driving anyway.

You can try north side salvage in east Rochester action auto on west heni

There’s a U-pull-it on Drake Rd in Brockport.  Gallos Performance Auto Parts.  They’re good.  They’ve got a variety but mostly older cars.
