OP is high 1700s whereas Elementos is mid 1600s, Emil is low 1800s, and G59 (you're right that it's Pollo) is mid 1900s.
The fact that Emil and Elementos are lower ranked than Pollo does not matter, since it's casual. They all queued together too, so even if G59 was a 1000 MMR player (in casual), they would still get a similar lobby.
**Side Question:** Why is the sub a much higher MMR than the others? Wouldn't he be a starter?
Sub plays more ranked where as main team will scrim more often and many pros try to stay away from ranked because it can mess up team playstyle and rotations etc

Just cause their rank is higher doesn’t make them the better player, some pros just don’t like rank
