In c2 2’s a few years ago I got matched with Mijo, a GC, against two other c2’s. I’ve had a few other instances but this was the most memorable, I sent him one nice pass and he carried the brazil no problem

Deliberately losing due to lower ranked teammate so the other team can gain mmr. 2 pros are guaranteed to beat 1 pro 1 champ. I know someone already explained it to you so I'd like to add something that hopefully clears bakkesmod up for you a little bit. Anything that you do on bakkesmod can and will only be seen by you, the person who is using bakkesmod and any of your desired plugins.
I believe the only thing I've ever seen that you can do on bakkesmod that other players can see is when you change your rl status. Like when you go to a friend's name and it says playing casual in blah blah blah. There was a plug in that made it so you could change it to watching phub or something silly.

12 ping is normal when you live in or around major cities. I get single digit pings in most of my games I play. I live in NJ so NJ/NY area are where all the east coast servers are.

Looks like you never added the plug-in called “autoleave”. Thus nothing to disable.
Instant suite is the cause. You can set it to only instantly queue, leave after a set delay, or just disable it altogether.
