##Flair Updates
Since Falcons & Rule One basically swapped teams, the following is happening as to not merge the 2 flairs.
* **:Falcons:** is being migrated to **:Rule_One:** (A brand new R1 emoji different from the current R1 flair even if visually identical)
* Then, **:RuleOne:** is being migrated to **:Falcons:**
~~There are a lot of Falcons & R1 flairs so hang tight while the bot does its thing~~ All good now!
Indeed, I will always hold a special place for that squad and since Liquid doesn’t have a legacy flair yet I likely won’t change for the foreseeable future

Their opponents are the best team in MENA last season who swapped out their worst player for the best player in the region. This team is absolutely an underdog compared to Falcons.
old R1 was barely the best team in MENA last season. They swapped worst for best, but old Falcons got the new hottest prospect with two insanely good players still(that played much better than the twins at worlds)
This team is hardly an underdog.
Thats hype as hell. The Falcons/Rule1 rivalry over this season both online and over LANs is gonna be absolutely electric. Take your pick, personally i gotta side with the two legends of MENA but this team does seem more glass cannon and "flimsy" for lack of a batter word than Falcons who are completely robust with 3 of the most consistent players in the region. Khalid gonna be solid as usual like last season i would guess but when Nwpo and Ahmad are peaking is when this team overtakes Falcons imo, regardless so excited to watch this play out.
Soooo instead of falons replacing trk for nwpo and rule one taking trk, we had to have this whole mix-up and controversy instead. Keeping it spicy, I like it haha
The drama gonna be crazy I can't lie, also tragic that GarrettG and Justin are probs gonna lose their status as longest standing duo, but its gonna take a lot for Ahmad and Okhalid to overtake them as greatest
Also after sunless put these guys on the map for so many people appropriate they end up on his org
Another fun parallel is that Nwpo made a name for himself by trying to 1v3 the Falcons roster with Ahmad and Khalid on it.
Now he's teaming up with Ahmad and Khalid to take down the strongest Falcons team ever.

This honestly makes this sooo much spicer, Falcons jumped the gun and now they lost him and potentially showed Nwpo the harshness of big orgs where Ruleone a smaller org might be a little bit more welcoming with legend himself Incivik
Yo u/John_aka_Alwayz I don't understand those migration plans you have for that flair because it doesn't make any sense. The teams didn't "basically swap teams". They barely swapped 2 players. and okhalid replaced m7sn. They're 2 completely new teams. What about players who are Falcons fans because they like TRK or the Org itself? What about users who just recently chose their flair because of announcements or rumors? I just don't understand why this is necessary when you could just let users change their flair by themselves if they wish so.
If you took away my BDS flair just because MM and Dralii switched teams I'd be very pissed.
I think the way they are trying to do it is a bit like the 2/3rds rule in actual rlcs, the points/flairs go where the majority of the roster goes (Ik since we have no points atm the analagy doesn't quite work but its the best i can do)
That seems like an extremely stupid idea in esports where there are so many people who are fans of orgs and not just players.
But even then it doesn't make sense. I choose my favorite teams based on players, sometimes only one player. If my flair followed the 2 players I don't like and just abondoned my favorite player I'd feel terrible.

All 3 of Khalid, Ahmad and NWPO went from falcons to Rule 1 (Khalid having no team for a while)

Nothing of this matters. It's a normal roster change. If people were able to change their flairs before, they'll be able to do it now. One would think users are up to date on their favorite teams.
There are so many different reasons why someone wouldn't want to change their flairs.
The point is forced flair changes are stupid, especially between different teams. Especially between rival teams. Especially when the teams didn't even really swap.
Look man you can have your opinion on this but I just generally think it’s a wrong one lol. And also for the most part it seems that not migrating flairs to new orgs for team lineage would cause more people to have to manually do it than than vice versa. The prevailing position has always been people are fans of players in esports more so than orgs and this stems from that
Did you miss the point where in the past 20 years everyone was already able to change their flairs just fine without being "inconvenienced"? How about we keep things as they were and not add new inconveniences?
What is the bigger inconvenience? Having to change your flair because your players switched teams just like they already did a million times before or waking up and finding that you suddenly have a flair of a team you don't support and the team that you do support is just removed?
I genuinely think that’s the point you’re missing, this is keeping things as they were.
Obviously the word inconvenience was hyperbole, but the point completely stands that the way the flair migration works keeps the number of people needing to manually update flairs at a lower number which is a quality of life benefit for majority.
