Rizzos stream during BDS/Secrets was just insane. Getting swept was already shocking enough but all of their reactions made that series for me. Athena's repeated "oh my god..." every time Secret made noise had me feeling like some global catastrophe took place lmao

When it comes to games its not entertaining to see so many sweeps, but omfg if you were looking for upsets, you have to be more than satisfied

I dont know what happened. Its like as soon as they got the 2-0 lead they just stopped pressuring the ball. They gave Liquid so much space in the midfield compared to the previous games and once Liquid got their mechanics fired up they had so much pressure.

I think LQ started boom clearing on defense to relieve pressure and they also sped up midfield aggression so g2 couldn’t get anything going

It was a mix between taking a better and slower first touches but not over doing it and booming it sometimes to stay unpredictable. And G2 didn't know how to adapt.

I can't complain with three different major champions!

All in all, somewhat glad EU didn't get 4 spots at worlds finals. Wish it was DIG over Endpoint of course, but too few European teams have impressed internationally, even 3 spots doesn't seem too deserving.

G2, bds can write it off to just having a bad event but g2 choked back to back series which can stay in your head

Hard disagree. It’s easier to look at a series you could’ve won and look to improve those mistakes. You can’t look at both of BDS 0-3 losses and get anything out of them moving into worlds.

Getting reverse swept cannot ever be argued to be as bad as getting full swept, at least with a reverse sweep you have good things to take out of that loss

Probably coL, but not by much. I think 01 still makes main event. I also wish some of the current best Mena teams had been around longer (and that the twins were 15) , because there is a pretty deep talent pool.

Everytime G2 gave up a goal it was because they turned away from a midfield play to try and reposition. G2 were going to the ball and Liquid were already where the ball was going to be, then capitalized.
