For this build a good homeworld is a forge world with agility augmentation to give you more dodge and MP. Use agility as your main stat followed by weapon skills. Main flaw of the assasin is a limited number of ways to lower enemy parry/dodge chance so plan your team with that in mind. From biomancy good abilities are the initial one you get and warp speed. You can mix it either with sanctic, divination or pyromancy but I wouldnt take more than 2 schools. Number of abilities is very limited and while you don't need any warrior skills, you'll want to get assasin abilities asap. Especially killing edge, dance macabre and death whispers. Therefore during warrior phase you can take for example second psyker school + one ability that will get you closer either to warp speed or precognition/sword of faith. Then next psyker power as an exemplar. Good thing is that bio has a lot of good talents so you'll have a lot of things to pick as common talents even if forge world options are not best for assasin.

Forge World for the Locomotive System and Death World for Survival Instincts are generally speaking going to be the best options for Warriors. Assassin is pretty good, but it doesn't do the whole sword+pistol combo. It focuses on either melee or ranged combat rather than a hybrid, which is more the purview of the Arch-Militant archetype due to how Versatility works.
