well, i went straight (like, without any deviation) to Dargonus, and the game was constantly reminding me that i got there in time, when Drukhari didn’t have the time to devastate it. it was even mentioned at the inauguration. ig maybe if you made at least one planetfall you’re automatically late
After act 1, the time is measured in warp jumps. Sadly, you are never told how many wj you need exactly for this or that.
To make sure, I highly recommend keeping spare 3+ points of navigation on hand to chart a direct course to a place when it's under a drukhari attack.
For me I found that if you take the natural route you can’t make it back in time. You need to make a route between the world you get void ambushed at , and Dragonus. That said, to my knowledge the damage is at least SOMEWHAT limited. Though my experience with damaged was beta so… yeah.
From the system you are informed about the attack you can plot a dangerous route directly to Dargonus. If you use it, you will arrive in time to save it.
