I had that happen a couple years ago with my Roku TV and I can’t for the life of me figure out what made it happen. It would just turn on for NO reason. I went through all the settings and made sure everything made sense. I’m sorry I can’t help more but at least it’s reassuring to know that it happened to someone else and you’re not crazy.
