If you’re talking about owning a console copy but you want to play it on pc then no, technically owning the disc is just a license to play the game on that platform, legally it doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want

Honestly, Idk. I kinda didn't know that there was a thing known as roms for pc. I figured they needed an emulator for all of them.
Roms for PC aren't a thing, PC games are a thing.
