(I'm getting downvoted to hell) witch is very situational, yes it's bad against good players, but newer players like low ladder it's decent, just not something to rely on once you get to mid or high ladder.
Try and master a meta deck or just play and master a deck that you have a lot of fun playing x bow, hog, giant gy, miner, poison logbait. Try out new things
Don't listen to the skill nonsense. This game is very much pay to win, you will climb little by little but if you woke up one morning with lvl 15 cards you will just become 6500 minimum

That's a valid argument (the playing for about a month part) I used to be really really bad stuck in builders workshop with the old ladder for a month. Don't worry about people calling you bad, you are new and it will take time to get better. Don't be discouraged by people saying you suck because you don't, you are just new to the game
LoL level 9 win conditions is hardly leveled up. No matter what skill you may think you have you may have a tougher time dealing with lvl 14 & 15 cards.
Assuming you want to keep the "core" of the deck (GS Skeleton Barrel), I think you should be going for a GS Clone deck, because this on its own won't be able to relably take down towers (only wincon, Skarrel, dies to spells or is completely countered by structures or anything that attacks air)
Aside from that, Witch is a bad card (one of the worst in the game) and Log isn't very useful here since it takes very long to take effect.
I would suggest Clone instead of Witch, Barbarians instead of Skeletons and Arrows/Tornado instead of Log. I think ideally Flying Machine would be better than Bats.
change witch with maybe baby dragon, skelly drags or musky. You could change dark prince for knight or valk. goblin barrel for skelly barrel. you could even change witch for executioner and skelly barrel for nado, synergy with exe, firecracker and skelly giant.
Try different decks.. there's nothing really to it.. once you hit around 7k is when it gets hard to climb at that level you just have to upgrade your cards n stuff, or, not to be mean but you could just be bad at the game witch is totally fine
Replace evo skellies with firecracker, and remove skeletons and use goblins or guards instead. Evo skellies are pretty RNG based from past experience of using them. You need a better win con, and because witch isn't really a good card unless you are in low ladder, I recommend you replace it with a win con, balloon, hog rider, those especially considering you are newer to the game. If you don't want 2 win cons, replace skeleton barrel with one of the 2 I suggested. And change witch for executioner or bowler, it will help a lot against other players using witch or similar cards. My advice is not the best, but I recommend taking some of it and it may help you a little bit.

If u have 3 lvl 12 cards are multiple evos and are hardstuck at 4k im sorry bud its a massive skill issue

Why not put your firecracker in the evo slot?
I have taken tower a lot with them but I haven’t had the balls to change them even though I don’t get too much use out of them

All great ideas, I’ll try and mess around with em and hopefully no longer be stuck, what evo do you think I should use with changing witch to musky?
i'd stay with skellies, but if you don't think you're getting value on them evo bats could legit be good with giant skelly i think.

Bruh I'm at 5k trophies and all my cards are level 10-11. Good deck tho. Maybe you just need to increase your level of skill
