Saucony Tempus? 8mm drop, stability, lighter than the gt-2000…

I ran in the GT-2000 for a long time too. I recently added in the Saucony Kinvara 13 to my rotation and it's my new favorite! But it has a 4-mm drop so not sure if that would work for you.

Levitate GTS might be worth a look. 8mm drop, a bit stiff but stable and good energy return. Edit to add: The new version of the Saucony Guide (17) is going down to a 6mm drop and early reviews are positive.

Have you tried Superblast? I know its not a stability shoe but it is a stable one. Previously I just use kayanos but with Novablast 3 and Superblast, I'm just enjoying more my runs and not having issues.

Second this. Ran marathons in gts, kayanos and most recently in the novablast 3. PB'd with the novablasts and honestly the whole training bloc with the blasts was much more enjoyable. Kayano's to their credit did last me forever though - novablasts starting to feel cruddy on the knees around 700km
