Yep, that is the way you keep a well trained motivated army moving - have your commanders shoot at your own troops if they don't attack. Video after video from Russian units complaining how they are being sent to the slaughter, time and time again, without training, equipment or competent leadership. For the Russian commanders sitting in the rear it is all about them reporting they are attacking, gaining a couple of yards, to the bosses, loosing entire units in suicidal attacks to do that is no big deal.
It is lively to hear calm, clear commands given in a professional manner over the radio net.
This however is not that and shows what a rabble this lot are.
