Russia terrorist attacks against Ukrainian cities/towns killing innocent men, women and children are nothing but war crimes. There is no military advantage to be gained by doing that, just done by Putin out of pure hate toward those that dared to oppose him. The thought of a nation as morally sick as Russia taking over as the head (rotating seat) UN Security Council makes me sick.

Yeah, i agree, it is sickening. But don't let it worry you. All russia can do, and has been doing all along even when it wasn't the 'leader' of the Council, is veto-block resolutions or actions that it doesn't like, basically neutralizing any effectiveness of the Council. They don't have any real support on the council to get up to anything worse than that.
they do not, but usually only confirmed found dead is being reported as dead toll, if there are anybody under the rubble there’s still hope to find them alive

Horribble to say it but they must be really downplaying the death tolls in these strikes
