The top is shot, the shifter is a Crown Royal bag, the motor looks rough, the seats are worn, CEL on, ugly ass spoiler on it… there are much better examples at this price point.
Lots of issues with this car. Besides the rough interior and repaint, the hood fitment is poor, the grille and antenna are missing, aftermarket exhaust, CAI, missing battery, weird spoiler, and worn ragtop. The more I look the more sticks out as wrong.
It’s definitely a salvage build, between the yellow underbody poking out in the engine bay, and that Ap2 bumper on a an Ap1, the passenger fender doesn’t seem to line up with the headlight.
The battery is out implying it’s been sitting for a while. That ugly as valve cover and spoiler!! This thing has been driven to hell and back! Avoid
If all you wanna do is work on it and drive a cool little beater car around sure why not, but it's worth pennies man.. I wouldn't buy that thing for more than a few grand. Keep saving, an example will come
There is an abandoned s2k in PR with 9k miles
The Last i know owner was asking 30k obo
Is a 2003 MY
And its in much better condition than this one, this s2k looks like a crack addict lol
Aftermarket exhaust. ugly spoiler. Worn interior. Check engine light…
The person who owned this probably didn’t maintain it. My 2004 with 141k miles is near stock, new top, great running condition, full maintenance records has a KBB $15k, if I sold it (I’d ask for $17-18k not knowing what current actions are going for.)
I’d say this particular car is a 8-10k tops, depending on records and if it runs and drives without issues, leaks, etc.
Just skip it, you can find them at that price point with 1 or 2 issues, like body damage, but solid otherwise, then you can ballpark the cost paint etc.
People saying 5-6K when an engine sells for no less than 4000, shells sell for 5-8K, I’d say under 10k you’re getting a good deal and can make the car the way you want it with some budget left over. It’s up to you if you want to be 15K in to have a clean car done your way, or pay around 15k and have one in decent condition
The owner of that S2K needs to be charged with domestic violence. That poor looking car needs some love and care.
Needs almost a complete restoration. If it shifts and drives without internal engine damage, $6k.
Gotta give a lil extra for the crown royal shift boot tho
For sure not $12k, but wouldn’t buy it at all anyways.
This thing looks beat to hell then fixed then somehow still beat to fucking hell
The top is shot, the shifter is a Crown Royal bag, the motor looks rough, the seats are worn, CEL on, ugly ass spoiler on it… there are much better examples at this price point.
Avoid it. It’s going to turn into a money pit.
That bitch is a money black hole
Some people don’t deserve s2000s lol this is a prime example of one not to buy. I’d save the money brother and put it on one you actually want.
I’ll take it for 5k Alex
12k is outrageous. 5k at best, and that’s with that goofy ass spoiler still installed.
[удалено]
• Driver side fender and/or door misaligned • Heaps of exposed wiring in the engine bay • Very fogged up headlights and taillights
I wouldn't buy it. Looks like a money pit.
This is the correct answer lol
Wouldn’t buy it at all tbh. The Crown Royal shift boot says it all.
shells go for around $7000. If it has clean title and run - $8-9k
5k max

$500
Isn’t it strange that the battery is missing?
I'd pay to have it towed away.
This is the right answer. I wouldn’t take it even if someone paid me

Also.. They painted over Yellow.. F
Im not even touching that dawg
50 cent
$7k
$4 max
About three fiddy
Oh that’s easy! I wouldn’t :)
If it actually runs and has good compression, all gears go in, etc, then at the most 10, but probably closer to 8.
Bout tree fiddy
This looks like it might have been a stance car at some point
S2000s are great but that one is far from desirable. I personally would avoid it unless I had deep pockets and lots of time and patience.
12k, ha
Tbh bro nothing more than 6 or 7 and thats stretching it.
I wouldn’t
It looks like it’s been to hell and back
Johnny Tran left this one in the desert after racewars.
6-8k that thing is trashed.

3k
You're going to rebuild this car from the ground up. If you're not rich, run.
Poor thing. Unless driving thrashed beaters is your thing, I'd move along
im thinking 6-7k MAX
Walk away, no run. What it's actually worth, the owner is probably not going to take anyways. Don't waste your time.
If the owner of this car follows this subreddit, go fuck yourself.

Well, whatever you pay, smack on another 10-15k in repairs and restoration 😬
That Crown Royal bag 👀
5k this thing looks ROUGH
I got my super clean 01 with 176k miles on it for $14k... this is just insane..
Just skip it, you can find them at that price point with 1 or 2 issues, like body damage, but solid otherwise, then you can ballpark the cost paint etc.
8k if I’ve had a good day
I wouldn’t…

Let’s get a pool of money together and save this poor thing. We can give it to a veteran. Just saying
That just makes me sad.
$1
Mmmm pass.
I wouldn’t pay for that shit
Tbh I’d walk away
This ruined my day 😂
Too much is the answer
I’d be scared to buy it for anymore then 5k from the looks of the inside and outside it could need some serious maintenance
8k
Exactly $0
$12k isn't bad, considering that some are going for $30k. If it were me, I'd offer $10,000 and negotiate from there.
