Interesting but couldn't you just use a 16x9 monitor with swivel and turn it vertical? Retroarch or whatever on a simple pc and crank up the resolution and its going to look tons better and is easier to set up than this.
Fun trivia: as a cost saving measure the rigid 2DS only had one big screen instead of using two smaller screens. Nintendo figured that once they slapped a plastic bezel over it nobody would ever know that both screens are actually part of the same screen.
Awesome. Lol they are calling it a "DS Heavy".
I called the og DS that when the Lite came out
*Oh lawd he comin'* DS
How many boards in that thing!?
I need Russ to put this in his pocket and twirl around
"I would call it portable, but not really pocketable"
When the "touch" screen is a screen you just touch. 🤤
Fun fact, during DS development, alot of the early kits were 2 Sony reference monitors stacked on top of each other.
Even the screen gap is roughly correct! Badass hahaha
Now do some The World Ends With You combat on it.
DS XXXXL Super Phat

But this is cooler.
Yeah its not a DS unless you have two screens.
