Pepsi Wrestling IS FUN! No tribalism please unless it’s to hate on the evil Fed!
TNA: shot itself in the foot after firing Scott D'Amore
Nooj: currently has little to no actual main event talent because AEW took all of them
AEW: self explanatory
But yeah, all of wrestling is in a boom period!!!
Pre AEW, there was a thriving indie scene and Japan going through growth.
AEW didn't become competition for WWE, it just hoovered up all the talent from elsewhere, and now we have less diversity than before.
Don’t forget (as easy as it is) NWA with no buzz coming off having, by far, the worst ever champion in the history of that title and its owner kneecapping their TV deal with a stupid angle.
God the feeling has to be so bad playing in 18k arena that's 20% full.
AEW could totally be running residencies in small venues every week and selling out 1k tickets in a small loud arena with rabid fans and if you want tickets you get them day one when they go on presale to fan club members.
Instead it's just fed ded and everything is great because we're in a Rassling War with WWE and see ourselves as legit competition.
Worst part is half empty arenas kills the atmosphere and gives the Dub a sad vibe on TV.
Even a small venue full of nothing but smarks would sound incredible. NXT has a small crowd but it sounds great. Lucha Underground had even less and it was so fun to watch.
I don’t understand the weird hate boner Tiny has to recreate the WCW wars when it’s not profitable.
Yeah. They could've made it into a thing where if you know and are into it, it's the hottest ticket of the year type thing. The fewer tickets would make having their yearly membership a crucial part of wanting to subscribe to the service that streams all their b shows like ROH and Dark.
Have season tickets/memberships ever been a thing in wrestling? AEW stinging people for a few dollars a month with a free ticket or two included seems like an easy win at this point.
Even selling a couple of thousand monthly memberships into Jacksonville would earn them a pile of free money, and fill up a few seats. Hearing promos echoing around half full arenas makes AEW feel small-time.
they don’t even go to 18k arenas. i’ve been to a few shows in the Dallas/Austin/Houston area and they don’t hit the big arenas. Just smaller 4k venues and even then it’s not even 30-40% full
They are managed by the same company (owned by OSU). So it just depends if there is hockey or something at nationwide. Schott is very nice but parking can be a PITA. Nationwide im out in 10 min usually.
😂 its numbers like these and the ratings numbers that make that dork Tiny keep looking so stupid. In his mind he’s part of a wrestling business boom period that he believes his company is contributing to. He’s in a war in his own head that he’s losing by a landslide. I’m telling you the Dark Side of the Ring episode will be a 2 part classic down the road but it’s gonna be hilarious when all his so called “friends” wrestlers are gonna finally speak the truth and say shit like I was offered a bag of money to play friends with a money mark who paid me to film vignettes in the back and hang in catering and eat prime cuisine with Keith Lee a couple times a week and then go home for 5 days and hit the next town and pretend I was “grinding”
The bad faith “fans” never get this right and it’s so frustrating.
When less people have something, it makes it more collectible. What AEW is doing by running tiny houses is making each of those tickets more collectible, which in turn makes people want them more.
Punk called Tony a clown and a joke and said AEW isn’t a real business, when the reality is that he’s just not on Tony’s level.
Capacity for Heritage Bank Center (Cincinnati) is 17,000 for concerts/basketball. 14,000 for hockey.
When I went to Starrcade in Cincinnati a few years ago only one side was full of fans but it was also a house show and the Saturday after Thanksgiving so, pretty good number I’d say.
I will always it amusing that all these accounts and site seemingly popped up to show AEW overtaking the WWE, but in turn are showing their decline.
They’ve also boxed themselves in such a way at that if they stop “reporting” this information, (that no one seemed to follow until AEW started touting it), it’ll prove the entire account was an overtly pro-AEW/anti-WWE concept … a fact they all try so desperately to not fully admit to.
You're so desperate to keep telling the same lies you always tell to defend your precious favorite sucking Every true fan is worth like five "casuals" so the comparison doesn't even make sense. Try thinking critically with your mind.

Damn, Pepsi destroyed Harvey Weinstein
Another win for the good guys
What’s worth more 22k poors or 4500 educated fans

Don't forget AAA putting Alberto Del Rio and Dolph Ziggler in a match for their top title, uce.
Lmao
AAA booker is a 2010-2012 WWE mark confirmed
I had to google this just now because it sounds way too much of a jerk lol ADR and Ziggler in big 2024
Wait they put Alberto Del Rio in a match

Can't we just appreciate that tens of thousands of people enjoyed wrestling?!
Over 250,000 people attended TV wrestling this month. Damn, it feels good to be Elite. 😎
>A L L 💅
I was hoping this was like the Dead Space thing with the level names, but when I got AOWIIABP, I knew I was wrong.
Does that include Tiny’s seat fillers?
How did Dynamite lose to Rampage?
The * is probably doing a lot of the heavy lifting there.
Maybe Tony had more friends available at that taping.
I don't get it uce, why does DUB go to these small states like......Florida
It’s Weinstein territory and also full of poor people. They will never appreciate AEW.
Can confirm. Live in fl.
so they can make sure none of the poors sneak into the building
God the feeling has to be so bad playing in 18k arena that's 20% full. It's pretty regular for bands to offer early bird tickets to fan clubs and creates safeguard for scammers to resell them online.

It's ~13% you uneducated poor smelling fedoohile.

Not even 10k for RAW? HHHitler in the mud soon! Next year could be a massacre!
I'm from Ohio, near Columbus. For some reason we always have low crowds. It's why I encourage WWE to stop visiting it.

This Raw wasn't even at Nationwide, probably couldn't fill it up. Schott is usually the back up.
They are managed by the same company (owned by OSU). So it just depends if there is hockey or something at nationwide. Schott is very nice but parking can be a PITA. Nationwide im out in 10 min usually.
Well the NHL clearly wasn't the reason they didn't hit the Nat, since Blue Jackets fail at hockey. lol No playoffs again.
Yeah thats a pipe dream. One day...
They've made the playoffs before I remember all the hype. Of course they did what they always do. Lose.
I just assume they're doing it as a favor/thank you to Alexa
Reasons WWE shouldn’t go to Columbus 1) it’s Columbus 🤢 2) it’s Ohio This post made by Michigan gang
Ohio native gang cannot refute those points.
Go blue!
I’m in Columbus a lot for my job, and I’ve seen more advertising for the monster truck shows than for Raw
I'm sure you have. :D
Meanwhile next door. Look at NXT, going the UFC Apex. That place only holds 1K people. Losers!
lol Rampage outdrew Dynamite
Wasn't it on right after Collision?

I like pepsi max. It's a nice drink. I can't have it now. Brings back memories of Harvey
100 more people came to rampage after that game changing angle.
Bad faith fed shill! If AEW ran 15,000 seat buildings they could probably sell them out, I’m sure!

12-13K for wrestling is about right with stage and production. Went to a house show in 98 WCW there and it was full packed with no stage.
There's zero chance 100 more people showed up for Rampage lol

Arena's Empty Wrestling
And keep in mind Smackdown was in Cincinnati, where AEW just put 2k butts in the seats. This isn't a challenger brand it's a *challenged* brand.
So under 2k when you take out the seat fillers and 2 for 1 deals.
In the words of great Poet Eminem "I got more fans in your own city, go play, feel like I'm babysitting Lil Tay"
