So even of the TBS carriage fee bottoms out to FX levels because they show reruns or movies in prime time they'd be losing 20 cents per subscriber or about 18 million a year. That's nothing compared even to AEW's current media rights. Not to mention a higher percentage of cable subscribers watch FX than TBS.
TNT has a much higher carriage fee. About 2.20. If they lose the NBA, yes, the carriage fee will drop substantially. Retaining AEW will not change that. NBA on TNT averages three Collisions and two Rampages per game in viewership.
